Brandon, prior to real estate, operated a successful international manufacturing and distribution company and served eight years in the United States Army.
He is the creative mind behind the Roza Capital team and has developed a variety of creative financing strategies and alternative investment models that have placed Roza Capital on the cutting edge of the real estate investment industry. having completed multiple complex real estate transactions over the last several years, Brandon is know as the "go-to guy" for creative deal structures and complicated financing strategies in residential real estate. Brandon is an avid reader and enjoys golf and skiing.

Dixie has extensive experience with complex real estate transactions. Dixie is the dynamic movement within our company. As head of Roza Capital Group's acquisitions and sales, her expertise is reflected by her extensive 13 years of experience in mortgage lending, real estate investing, and she currently holds her license as a real estate agent in Missouri.
Dixie has bought, financed, and over-seen real estate transactions in excess of 22 million dollars. She loves spending her free-time with her two beautiful daughters.
